Data deletion requests
You can request deletion of Prometheus Platforms account or product data by emailing admin@prometheusplatforms.ai from the email associated with your account. When an app offers an in-product deletion control, you may also start the request there.
How to request deletion
Use your account email.
Include the product name, your account email, and a short request such as "Please delete my Prometheus Platforms account data." We may need to verify identity before completing a request.

Requests are reviewed for identity verification so accounts are not deleted by someone else without permission.
What deletion covers
Deletion may include account records, product access records, support records, generated content, uploaded workflow inputs, and product data that is not required for legal, billing, security, or operational reasons. Some account and billing history may be retained, but closed accounts cannot use prior passwords and must verify email plus create a fresh password before re-access.
Subscriptions
Active subscriptions, invoices, or marketplace records may also need to be managed through Apple, Microsoft, Stripe, or the relevant platform.
Timing
If a request takes additional time to verify or complete, we will follow up using the account email associated with the request.
