Terms of Use
These terms describe basic rules for creating an account, choosing a plan, paying through supported checkout or marketplace paths, and using Prometheus Platforms products.
Product access
Use of Prometheus Platforms products may depend on account status, verified email, selected tier, subscriptions, licenses, product availability, and service limits.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, resell, or misuse Prometheus Platforms products or services.
AI output
AI-generated output is a draft or starting point. Review, verify, and edit output before relying on it. Products are not legal, financial, investment, medical, or professional advisors.
Availability
Product functionality may depend on third-party platforms, app stores, Microsoft Office, Apple systems, AI providers, infrastructure providers, and network availability.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers, credit packs, renewal rules, cancellation paths, taxes, refunds, and included service limits may be handled through Stripe, Apple, Microsoft, or another relevant marketplace or checkout flow. Upgrades take effect immediately after successful payment and may include Stripe proration. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next renewal so paid access remains available through the current billing period.
Annual plans
Annual prepaid plans cost 10 times the monthly price, which is about a 17% discount with two months free. If an annual plan is cancelled, any refund is calculated only from unused time in the first 10 paid months. The final two months are the free portion and have no refund value.
Refunds and credits
Monthly subscription fees are not automatically prorated on cancellation except where required by law, accidental purchase review, or verified service failure. Unused purchased credit-pack credits can be refunded. Consumed credits and included monthly credits are not refundable.
